Reason:  My mountain bike journey started with a seemingly insurmountable mountain in front of me and very little training and support behind me. However, with the backing of the Word, Jesus himself, my Source, my Rock, my Sustainer, I was able to endure a journey through deserts, valleys, obstacles, rocks, rivers, steep declines, shadows, strong winds, darkness and dangerous animals to eventually overcome and see the promised land awaiting on the horizon.

Although the race is still not finished, I find my inspiration in the Word of God and the sticker on my MTB that says, KEEPING OUR EYES ON JESUS, THE CHAMPION WHO INITIATES AND PERFECTS OUR FAITH, HEBR 12:1-2

My goal is to inspire all through my journey that with the backing of the Word nothing is impossible to overcome and every small deed you do for the Word means a great deal to our Lord Jesus Christ.  My second sticker on my MTB says NOTHING YOU DO FOR THE LORD IS EVER USELESS 1 Cor 15:58.

As I put my faith in God’s Word, it is an honour and privilege to share in the vision of Leave a Lasting Legacy of  ”ZERO” along my route to make a small contribution on a mountain bike to ensure that all languages in the world has access to this powerful Word in their own mother tongue, so that they may also be an overcomer and find inspiration in an ordinary mother of two on a mountain bike, backed by the Word of God.
